Quick and Easy One Cup Pie

This week's recipe was submitted to us by one of our listeners, Areta Pickens. Areta makes these pies for her family each Christmas, in fact she makes one for each of them.  Their own separate pies.  I guess because it's so easy, it's not really a problem!
