Abercrombie & Fitch Proves ‘The Situation’ Isn’t as Important as He Thinks

The Fitch vs. The Sitch battle, started back in August when retail store Abercrombie & Fitch offered Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino money to stop wearing their clothes, continues to rage on. A&F filed a motion to dismiss the charges brought to them by the ‘Jersey Shore’ star who claimed the brand stole trademarked phrases from him by using them in t-shirts that mocked him.

Stars are paid by designers all the time to endorse and wear certain clothes. But this may be the first time we’ve heard of someone being paid not to a brand’s apparel. Seems retailer Abercrombie & Fitch is no fan of ‘Jersey Shore,’ and even less a fan of Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino — so much so that they’ve offered him cold hard cash to stop wearing their clothes on camera.
