Elgin Bike Rodeo to Kick Off Next Weekend

This week on KLAW’s ‘Your Town’ we are visiting Elgin, OK. The small rural town east of Lawton has a booming family friendly environment that cares about improving the community. Elgin school system recently received $200,000 to build a sidewalk for kids to walk and bike safely to school!

This week on ‘Your Town’ KLAW is profiling Elgin, OK. One of the oldest towns in our area, found in 1902 Elgin was established as a result of the railroad industry. But it was the booming agriculture that provided the economic stability every town needs to develop.
