Taryn Remembers 9/11

I was living in San Diego at the time and I was at my apartment. I had the TV on the background and suddenly the news interrupted the programing with breaking news. The first thing I remember seeing was the first plane go into the building and I thought that it was an accident and then when you see the other one go into the other building you know it was an attack – the scene made my heart sink and I felt very scared. Also very sad, nothing like that has ever happened to my generation.
