The Radio Legacy Continues – McKayla’s First Commercial [VIDEO]

I have been in radio for nearly 16 years.  I had zero experience when I came in for my first interview with Eric Sharum.

I was married to a man who worked in radio, so I knew my way around music and a radio station. I even worked at KLAW a million years ago as a copywriter and traffic director. Still until I came here, I had never, ever been on the air.

My little Grand Daughter McKayla has already been on the air several times and she thinks that the station is her playground.  I have mentioned a couple of times that if we ever need a kid voice that she has the cutest little voice ever. Proud Nana Moment: here is her very first 'voice over' for a commercial here at KLAW.  What do you think?

Lucas is three years old, and he wanted to get in on the action too.  He still need a couple of years, but I think he'll be right in his Sister's footsteps when it comes to being a natural on the radio.
