Head out to Clinton for the Custer County Free Fair to enjoy 3 days of fun activities with the whole family.  Enjoy the livestock show, the 4-H exhibits and learn more about agriculture in and around our communities.  Make your way to the dog and horse shows to see these beautiful animals on display.  Stick around for the rodeo each evening complete with live music and entertainment.

Tillman County Fair - Frederick

The Tillman County Fair is an annual event held in Frederick.  It attracts hundreds of people from all over the county and state.  The fair has a livestock show, art contests, retail booths, concession stand, tractor driving contests and lot of other fun activities.  Enjoy the carnival and best of all the fair food!  Funnel cakes, corn dogs and my favorite - fresh squeezed lemonade.  Live entertainment throughout the fair!

Kiowa County Free Fair - Hobart

The Kiowa County Free Fair is held in Hobart.  Come to this year's fair to see which canned and baked goods are honored with blue ribbons!  Browse through a variety of vendor, craft and antique booths.  Take a spin through the exhibit building and stick around for the popular pet show.  While you're in Hobart don't forget to stop by General Tommy Frank's museum.  You won't be disappointed!

Smoke On The Water Drag Boat Races - Fort Cobb

September 08 to September 09

This annual action-packed event features drag boat racing at its finest.  The event is held at Fort Cobb State Park and features outlaw and side-by-side racing.  Bring your ice chest and lawn chairs and kick back while watching drag boats reach speeds of over 160 mph!


 

I've said it before and I'll say it again...if you can't find anything to do in Southwest Oklahoma, you're not looking very hard!  Most of these events are FREE!
