Trying to cancel your cable service could be a chore at times, for former Comcast customer Ryan Block, it was a disaster.

The Comcast representative that Block spoke to, whose identity has been kept anonymous, does everything he can to keep the customer from canceling the service.

It goes from a simple survey, to desperation, then anger and back to desperation. Either the representative really loves his job and his extremely loyal to his company or he was on the verge of getting fired from low numbers.
