Thomas Rhett's year just keeps getting busier ... and better! The country star will be performing at the 2017 iHeartRadio Music Awards, set to take place in early March.

Rhett is, so far, the only country artist scheduled to perform during the all-genre iHeartRadio Music Awards. Other scheduled performers include Bruno Mars, Katy Perry, Ed Sheeran, the Chainsmokers, Shawn Mendes, Noah Cyrus feat. Labrinth and Big Sean.

In addition to performing at the 2017 iHeartRadio Music Awards, Rhett is nominated for Country Artist of the Year, up against Luke BryanCarrie Underwood and more. The singer earned another nod in the Country Song of the Year category, for his popular song "T-Shirt."

Rhett's career isn't the only thing doing well in 2017, though: He and his wife Lauren recently announced that they are not only expecting a baby (a girl!), they’re also adopting a child from Africa! Rhett is scheduled to begin his headlining Home Team Tour on Feb. 23 — and he’s already preparing for life on the road with two children: “I took a whole row of bunks out of my bus and got a baby crib put in there,” he shares.

The 2017 iHeartRadio Music Awards are set to take place on March 5 at the Forum in Los Angeles. The ceremony will be televised live beginning at 8PM ET on TBS, TNT and truTV, and simulcast on iHeartMedia stations nationwide and via iHeartRadio.
