Is there such a thing as traditional Easter Dinner menu?  Is there something your family always eats on Easter Sunday?  Maybe it's hot Cross Buns, as the nursery rhymes says, if you have no daughters, give them to your sons! My Mother always made us an Easter Bunny Cake.  It was covered in coconut, sitting on a bed of green died coconut and jelly beans.

We would wake up Sunday morning and run to the living room to find our Easter baskets.  They always included a Milk Chocolate Easter Bunny!  Unfortunately, my Dad would get to them first and eat the ears off our bunnies.  And then say "What?  Don't you know there is an Easter gopher too?"

Our traditional Easter dinner consisted of a beautiful sliced ham, scalloped potatoes, dyed eggs and lots of fresh steamed vegetables.  If you would like recipes for the Top 10 Easter Dinner Recipes, I have found them on the Taste of Home website.

We are really looking forward to our Taste of Home cooking school.  If you haven't purchased your tickets yet you should do that soon.  The event will be held on Tuesday, April 10th at the McMahon Memorial Auditorium.  We still have a very limited amount of VIP tickets available and you can get all the details about the cooking school on our events page.
