“When it Comes to RC Racing, I Make a Better Announcer”, says Jeri Anderson

Saturday at the Trykes and Treat Car Show put on by the Mountain Metro Ambucs, the announcers of Townsquare took part in the inaugural Lawton RC Raceway DJ Challenge for Ambucs.

'When it comes to RC Racing, I make a better announcer!'. It's true, but you wouldn't have know it if you watched just the first race!  You see, there was a little pre-April Fool's Day shenanigans going on!  Nancy Mace and I were given dummy controllers and we had experts racing our first race!  You should have seen the boys!

Of course all good things must come to an end, and well, let's just say that I finished the race...a full 2 laps behind the winners!  Congratulations to James Meeks with his half lap win or Z94's Critter.

It was great fun, and I have learned that I need practice before next year!
