I wonder if Tug McGraw could sing? It only seems a fair assumption seeing as his son, Tim, obviously inherited his legendary relief pitcher father's fastball. Tim showed off the heater Saturday night at Citi Field in New York, as he threw out the first pitch before game 4 of the World Series.

As the younger McGraw finished his duties, the PA system at Citi Field played his hit "Live Like You Were Dying"; the video for the song closed on the image of the senior McGraw celebrating after getting the final out of the 1980 World Series. This series featured McGraw's Philadelphia Phillies, who defeated, coincidentally enough the Kansas City Royals, 4 games to 2. Tim's toss didn't do the trick for the Mets though, as the New Yorkers gave up 4 runs in the 8th inning to blow a 3-1 lead, falling to Royals 5-3. The win gave the Royals a 3-1 lead in the series.
