The K-LAW Classic today is a song written by Willie Nelson for the 1980 movie "Honeysuckle Rose". It was the #1 country song 32 years ago today, November 8th, 1980.The song - about life on tour - earned Willie a Grammy Award for Best Country Song and was inducted into the Grammy Hall of Fame in 2011.
