This week's Chef Seth recipe is one of the most requested items for Pot Luck around the radio station. We named it for our former General Manager Kim Dodds, who would probably tell us we should name it for her husband Mike because the recipe came from him originally.

Areta makes these pies for her family each Christmas, in fact she makes one for each of them. Their own separate pies. I guess because it's so easy, it's not really a problem!
