If you're keeping count, and why wouldn't you, this is the second time Joe has reached out to Donald Trump for a pardon.

This is the second time Joe Exotic has asked President Trump for a pardon, and his convicted crimes may not be the only hitch in the giddy-up.

Joe recently ran a campaign from his prison cell to be elected as the 47th president of the United States as a Democrat... and he famously vowed not to pardon Trump when Teflon Don encountered legal issues earlier this year.

While it is far-fetched, to say the least, this likely wouldn't be the weirdest thing to happen in DC this time around.
