If you're planning a trip to Oklahoma, it can be a little difficult deciding where you should stay and what to expect. Usually, the rule is "you get what you pay for" and when it comes to where you're staying, it's even more so the case. When you're picking out where you'd like to stay, keep a few things in mind.

AirBNB or Bed and Breakfast?

If you're an adventurous person, maybe you like getting out when it comes time to eat. But if you're trying to save on money and have as little stress as possible, you should pay close attention to the difference between the two popular "home style stays" in Oklahoma: AirBNB or Bed and Breakfast.

The main difference between the two is that AirBNB stays don't usually include meals. Some airbnbs don't even provide access to fridges, microwaves or even coffee pots. They may have snacks provided, but you're on your own when it comes to getting the good grub.

Bed and breakfasts, as you can tell from the name, do include breakfast. Some luxury bed and breakfasts' include an evening meal or meal vouchers for restaurants near the area. It's especially helpful to have a fresh breakfast right there if you're planning a getaway from cities and you want to spend the afternoon exploring.

At least this way your first meal isn't far from the room.
