Listen to Interview on Kaiden's Benefit Below

TRIGGER WARNING: Child Abuse Details Below

Wanted to give a shout out to anybody that helped out this little guy the last time we talked about him, but Kaiden has a very heartwarming story right here in Wichita Falls. Unfortunately his life did not start out the way it should for a small baby. He was abused by his biological mother. Doctors said Kaiden had 48 hours to live when he came into a hospital years ago. He had multiple fractures, millimeters from being internally decapitated, retinal hemorrhages, brain bleeds. To say this child is alive today is truly a miracle.

I am happy to report that a Wichita Falls family has adopted Kaiden and doing all they can to make sure he has the best life possible. Unfortunately with all the abuse Kaiden underwent as a baby, he will need several procedures that are quite expensive. As you can see above, Kaiden is going for a stem cell treatment in a few weeks. Obviously with travel and the procedure this is going to cost some money. So some folks in Wichita Falls are helping raise money for Kaiden tomorrow.

One Life Community Church Hosting Lunch Fundraiser For Kaiden

Tomorrow (September 18th), a lunch benefit will be going on for Kaiden at One Life Community Church at 807 Austin Street. Stop on by from 11:30 to 2 tomorrow to grab a burger, chips, cookie, and drink. It costs ten bucks for that and your money will go right to Kaiden's fund. We always hear about these heartbreaking stories around the world, but this child is right here in Wichita Falls. So if you need lunch plans tomorrow, stop on by and help out a great cause.
