The PBS TV show 'Austin City Limits' is honoring its 40th anniversary with an all-star prime-time special. 'Austin City Limits Celebrates 40 Years' will air on Friday, Oct. 3, as part of the PBS Arts Fall Festival.

Last weekend’s episode of ‘Austin City Limts’ on PBS starred Miranda Lambert and actor turned singer-songwriter Jeff Bridges. While the two didn’t collaborate, the audience appreciated both artist’s unique talents during the 60-minute episode.
