Cameron University's Homecoming traditions are shifting a bit this year, with students taking the stage in February while alumni look ahead to fall 2026.

Picture this: Homecoming under the autumn leaves. The Cameron University Alumni Association is shaking things up, moving the celebration to fall starting in 2026!

Lawton has been ranked as one of the top college towns in Oklahoma. That's right our happy, humble, medium-sized metropolis of Lawton, Fort Sill is one of the top college towns in the Sooner State according to a new study.

When you think of college towns in Oklahoma more often than not you think of Norman and Stillwater, home to O.U. and O.S.U. However, it might surprise you that Lawton, home to Cameron Univesity, has been named the #1 college town in Oklahoma.

If you're needing to be tested for COVID-19 you can stop by the Cameron University parking lot on the corner of 38th Street and Gore Blvd. or go to the Comanche County Health Department 1010 S.W. Sheridan Road.

The Cameron University Alumni Association (CUAA) invites artists from throughout southwest Oklahoma and beyond to submit an application to create a mural for the upcoming Aggie Art Walk, a display of original artwork that will be displayed on the CU campus later this fall. Anyone may apply to participate.

Times are tough.  Unemployment is on the rise, and our comfirmed cases of the Coronavirus COVID19 are as well.  It good that we can get a bit a good news every now and then!

The Cameron University opportunity Fair provides Cameron students and alumni with opportunities to meet and interview with local companies which seek quality applicants for part-time jobs, internships, and/or volunteer positions. It's going on right now so come on out and find your next career!

Today at Cameron University they held they're annual "Paint the Town Black & Gold" event. Local and area businesses set up in the McMahon Centennial Complex to meet with new students and alumni.
