Recent state budget cuts to higher education are beginning to hit home, and as a result, students at Cameron University will see yet another tuition increase this fall.
The Cameron University Department of Music will present "Songs of Delight" featuring Bella Voce, an all-female vocal ensemble. The concert will take place on Tuesday, June 30, at 7:30 p.m. in the McCutcheon Recital Hall. Admission is free; seating is limited to the first 80 patrons.
Five members of the Cameron University faculty and staff have been selected as this year’s recipients of Cameron’s University Choice Awards. Dr. Theresa Billiot, Megan Canfield, Dr. Jenel Cavazos, Sarah Collins and Marty Sherman received their awards during a ceremony tonight on the Cameron campus. Each received a plaque recognizing his/her achievement as well as a $1,000 stipend.
