Congratulations to Andy McQueen he was our winner of the "Ultimate Father's Day Great Griddle Grill Giveaway" contest. Several entered and it was Andy who won! He came and picked up his brand new 36" Blackstone Griddle Grill and grill cover and is headed home for a BIG COOKOUT! We're not too sure if Andy will be giving the grill to his Dad as a Father's Day present, or keeping it for himself. Hey, he won it and can do with it as he wishes. Maybe they can work out some kind of joint-custody arrangement so everyone's happy.

Over the past several years Heinz has introduced all kinds of crazy condiments with their Flavor Mash Ups. Some are really good, others not so much. But, to be honest it's searching them out and trying them out that makes it's so fun. I love trying out all the new flavors and strange combinations, from wild to mild. You'd be surprised at how good some of these creations taste and pair with different foods. Well, Heinz just released a new batch of Flavor Mash Ups just in time for Summer cook outs and the official BBQ season.

It's hard to believe, Labor Day weekend is almost here! For the fair weather griller this will be the last big cook out of the season. For the rest of us it's just another great weekend that we'll be grilling and a three day weekend at that. Personally I don't care what Mother Nature's up to, I'll light the grill in the rain, snow, day, night, good or bad weather.
