February is American Heart Month, which is a good time to take stock of your ticker to make sure you’re doing all you can to remain healthy and happy.

My Mother was 56 years old when she had her heart attack.  I called her and asked her if she remembered what it was like.  She told me "I remember feeling scared.  I could see my heart jumping in my chest.  I didn't know what to do and I tried to get in touch with your Dad but couldn't reach him.  Remember, we didn't have 911 back in 1986."
