A federal judge has dismissed a bizarre lawsuit filed against Kellie Pickler by Nigel Max Edge, a North Carolina man now facing murder charges in a mass shooting.

Nigel Edge, who was then known as Sgt. Sean Debevoise, first met Pickler at a charity event in North Carolina.

Nigel Max Edge, who is charged with three counts of first-degree murder after a North Carolina shooting, once attended an awards show with Kellie Pickler. He later accused her of trying to kill him.
