The open lot next to Raising Cain's Chicken has been sold. There's been rumors galore as to who purchased it and what could be coming to Lawton, Fort Sill. Originally there was talk of Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen moving in, then the talk turned to Panera Bread. We've been hearing rumors of Panera Bread for some time now and it's looking like it may be true. We're starting to see signs online and elsewhere that Panera Bread is coming.

Looks like the new construction near the corner of Cache and Sheridan, close to the 1,400 block next to China Wok will be a brand new Sonic Drive In. They're getting it done quick and in no time we'll have a new Sonic in Lawton.

Looks like the east side in Lawton will be getting a brand new Dollar General store. Construction is underway and it won't be long now before the new store is open. It's located on N.E. Rogers Lane between the Alon Gas station and Pioneer Park Elementary School.

If you've been on the west side of town lately on 82nd street you've probably seen all the construction work going on in front of Target. We've been speculating what's being built and the rumors we've been hearing are true, it's going to be a new Starbucks.
