Today we jump on a jet, so we can shift the focus from the land down under, to north of the border. We feature the American debut single from a pair of brothers that were born and raised in the small Canadian town of La Crete, Alberta.

Brad and Curtis Rempel have been making good music as the duo High Valley in the home country since self-releasing their debut album Broken Boarders in 2007. The album won the Album of the Year award at the 2007 Gospel Music Association of Canada's Covenant Awards; the single "Back To You" was awarded the Country Song of the Year. They soon signed with Open Roads Records and their second album, 2010's High Valley, took home 5 more Covenant Awards, including Artist and Group of the Year awards.

For their 2012 album Love Is A Long Road, the brothers Rempel shifted gears, adopting more of a popular country sound. The change resulted in 7 straight top-10 hits on the Canadian Country charts, though they found the road to success in the U.S. a little more rocky, failing to crack the top-50 on the U.S. country charts.

The brothers Rempel are in our spotlight with the fifth single, and the first directly released in the U.S., from their 2014 album County Line. High Valley and "Make You Mine" is today's Catch of the Day, new music you haven't heard, but you'll want to hear it again.
