Today's Catch of the Day is from a trio who came together as writers in 2006, taking the name of their group from the name for the prominent pre-civil war area architectural style that dominates the Nashville area. As performers, they've succeeded with a style all their own.

Dave Haywood, Charles Kelley and Hillary Scott, known collectively as Lady Antebellum, made their vocal debut in 2007 as guest vocalists on Jim Brickman's single "Never Alone", before signing to Capitol Records Nashville. Their five albums for Capitol have produced 16 singles, 14 of which have gone top 20, with 9 reaching #1. Their biggest single to date, 2009's "Need you Now", spent 5 weeks at the top of the Country charts and 3 at the top of the Adult Contemporary chart. The song won Single, Song and Group video of the Year from both the ACM & CMA Awards, as well as Record and Song of the Year at the Grammys in 2011.
