I've heard all kinds of crazy things about this place and look forward to experiencing it for myself. This scary story has ghosts, mummies, witchcraft, devil worshipers and all kinds of nightmare fuel. Sounds like fun!

The wait is finally over, Spirit Halloween is now officially open! Fall kicks off this week and of course we're all looking forward to Halloween and the holiday season. This year has been flying by and it'll be All Hallow's Eve before you know it. Now would be the perfect time to get yourself and your home ready for the holiday.

It's one of Lawton's favorite urban legends and haunted places, the dreaded Parallel Forrest. If you've lived in Lawton, Fort Sill for any amount of time you've probably heard of this spooky forest and more than likely you've heard a few ghost stories about it as well.

It's been called the most haunted hotel in all of Oklahoma and ranks in the top 5 of the most haunted locations in the entire U.S. The Skirvin Hotel in Oklahoma City, OK. is the oldest hotel in OKC and has been listed as a historic landmark by both the Historic Hotel of America and the National Trust for Historic Preservation.

It's been called one of the most haunted places in all of Oklahoma and it's just a short 45 minutes away from Lawton, Fort Sill. I've heard all kinds of things about this place but haven't had the chance yet to check it out for myself. So what is this haunted place and what are the stories people are telling?

The wait is almost over for the Lawton Spirit Halloween to reopen for the season. The countdown has begun and it's looking like they'll be opening their doors starting next week, maybe as early as Monday, August 23rd (08-23-21).

This year has flown by, at least for me any way. It's hard to believe, but Fall will be here before you know it, which means Halloween is on the way! The City of Lawton just announced the "Trick or Treating" hours for 2021. Halloween falls on a Sunday this year so the City of Lawton will be observing All Hallow's Eve the day before on Saturday, October 30th (10-30-21) from 6:00pm until 8:00pm.

We all understand the need to police the online community and users of these platforms and agree there should be things you can and can't post or share. But, we've gone from a common sense approach to if there's a difference of opinion, ban.

In the middle of nowhere, it's truly a creepy place.
