It was a blink-and-you’ll-miss-it moment during the 2012 CMT Music Awards on Wednesday (June 6). Who was the Marine seated next to Kellie Pickler? He certainly isn’t her husband Kyle — did she bring someone back from her recent USO trip?

Townsquare Media is happy to introduce a brand new feature on our website. It's the Ft. Sill Update. New Ft. Sill Commander MG Mark McDonald is no stranger to Lawton/Ft. Sill. His current tour of duty marks the fifth time he has served at Ft. Sill.
Memorial Day is a day of remembering. Lawton/Ft. Sill had another opportunity to honor one of our own this Memorial Day, as 2nd Lieutenant Tobias Alexander's body was returned to Fort Sill.
The federal government is seeking the death penalty for Connel C. Williams, a Fort Sill soldier, who deprived his son of food which eventually led to the death of the 10-years-old boy.
On this Memorial Day it's our chance to stop, reflect and say thank you to all of the men and women currently serving and our veterans that have served in all branched of the military. They have fought to keep our country safe! On this day we remember those that gave the ultimate sacrifice while defending our country.
This Memorial Day Weekend keep two of Lawton’s finest soldiers in your prayers as they lost their lives in Tarin Kowt, Afghanistan in a line of duty!
The other day we posted a homecoming video in which a soldier surprises his two young children, who were throwing out the first pitch at an Arizona Diamondbacks game, by being the mystery catcher. We said it was the best homecoming video we’ve seen in some time.
Well, consider it topped.
If you follow country cutie Kellie Pickler on Twitter, you know that on May 9, she checked off a seriously awesome item from her bucket list: flying jets with the U.S. Navy Blue Angels.
