"Crushin' It" by Brad Paisley was released on January 26, 2015 by Arista Nashville as the third single from his tenth studio album, Moonshine in the Trunk. He co-wrote the song with Kelley Lovelace and Lee Thomas Miller, and co-produced it with Luke Wooten.

The song is about having fun when things have not necessarily been going your way, drinking a beer and then crushing the can. Paisley stated the song has the sentiment of "well, things aren't perfect, but it's Friday".

The song is an uptempo country pop song. It opens with the sound of a crushing beer can, followed by an acoustic guitar solo. By the first bridge, the song is set to a disco beat. The song is mainly driven by electric guitar, drums, fiddle and cello, also featuring a prominent banjo during the second and third choruses. A fiddle solo after the second chorus preludes to the main guitar solo. After the last chorus, the song extends into fiddle and steel guitar solos, brusquely interrupted by the sound of a crushing beer can.
The song also references George Strait's 1981 hit debut single "Unwound".

Our Taste of Country staff said of the song:

Why Fans Will Love It: The playful ‘Crushin’ It’ is made for the singer’s live show. It will fit in well amongst songs like ‘Ticks’ and ‘Alcohol.’

Key Lyrics: “Every week has a weekend / By this time Friday night / I’ll be done with my third can of cold Bud Light / And I’ll be crushin’ it”

Did You Know?: Brad Paisley actually prefers a good cigar to a can of cold Bud Light.
