Angels Care Home Health – Indian Taco Fundraiser

When: Friday. April 22 from 11am-2pm

Where: Angels Care Home Health office at 4645 W. Gore, Suite C (across from Eisenhower, same plaza as Papa John's). We ask that patrons order & pick up at our office, but we can deliver to Lawton/Ft. Sill businesses ordering more than $25 worth.

Sales: Tacos are fully loaded, $5 each. We deliver to Lawton/Ft. Sill businesses apon request IF you order more than $25 worth - PLEASE let the only reason you call our office. Pre-orders are ONLY taken for deliveries, so help keep our lines open as our entire staff will be busy cooking or delivering!

Purpose: Non profit. Angels Care is a sponsor and committee member, and we're raising money & awareness for the May 7th Walk to End Alzheimer's in Elmer Thomas Park. ALL proceeds go to the Alzheimer's Association.
