. The faith family of Emmanuel Evangelical Lutheran Church with the assistance of Thrivent Financial Services for Lutherans, Southwest Oklahoma Chapter #30482 is holding a yard and bake sale. Proceeds from the yard and bake sale will help the Marie Detty Youth and Family Center provide a memorable Christmas for children in foster care. The yard and bake sale will be held at the Emmanuel Evangelical Lutheran Church worship facility, 1022 NW 67th Street, Lawton, OK from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm on Friday, October 3,2014 and from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm on Saturday, October 4, 2014. Donations of clothes, books, and other household items for the yard sale are being accepted. Come, find a bargain, enjoy some home baked goodies and assist the Marie Detty Center’s Christmas efforts.
