Multiple sclerosis (MS) is a disease of the nervous system in which the insulating covers of nerve cells in the brain and spinal cord are damaged, for which there is no known cause or cure. This damage disrupts the ability of parts of the nervous system to communicate, resulting in a range of signs and symptoms, including physical, mental, and sometimes psychiatric problems. MS affects approximately 2.5 million people worldwide and is believed to resulted in over 18,000 deaths worldwide as recently as 2010.

Join us for the Walk MS and help to raise research funds awareness to fight this dreaded disease. Remember, you can always walk alone, but "We're stronger together".
