So many people, especially the elderly, will spend their holiday's alone.  Millions spend Thanksgiving and Christmas in virtual isolation, their families no where to be found.  A new ad for Germany-based grocery giant Edeka drives this point home in a very direct and somewhat dark manner.

The ad features an elderly man, coming home to his dog.  He's obviously a widower who's children are scattered, busy with their own lives and children.  So busy, they cannot make it home to see dad even for Christmas.  The ending will surprise you.  Watch and ask yourself-what are MY priorities this Christmas?
