Martina McBride Joins Others in Boycotting Seaworld

Martina McBride is the latest artist to boycott Sea World. She joins Willie Nelson and Trisha Yearwood and other recording artists who are upset with the marine mammal  theme park.

Martina wrote a message on her Facebook page: "I've decided that given all the issues that have been aired recently, the time isn't right for me to play at Sea World. I have cancelled my scheduled performance at the Bands, Blues & BBQ event in March 2014."

Some other country acts were scheduled as well to perform at the park in 2014 but the schedule of events as well as those slated to perform has been taken down. Has country music spoken loud enough to make Sea World to take note?  Apparently so.
