Miranda Lambert is one of the biggest names in the industry, but she knows she isn't perfect. The 'Automatic' hitmaker looks up to several other artists to help her grow -- including Kelly Clarkson and, of course, Reba McEntire.

Lambert sees great qualities in both women, like the fact that Clarkson doesn't always have to look perfect in order to feel confident about herself. And Lambert thinks that's something other women could learn from.

"I think we should quit worrying about what other women think about our outfits -- and wear what we feel good in, even if it's not in style," she tells Glamour. "That's one thing I admire about [my friend] Kelly Clarkson. She has an 'I don't give a sh--' attitude. She doesn't care if she doesn't have makeup on. She doesn't care what she's wearing. She just walks into a room and lights it up."

Lambert also admires McEntire, but for different reasons. The singer has helped Lambert realize she should embrace aging, especially since she recently hit the big 3-0!

"I think the best way to deal with aging is by joking about it -- and owning it," the superstar says. "Wrinkles are stories! I was at a wedding with Reba [McEntire] the other day. She walked up in this black dress, took off her sunglasses, and her face looked stunning. She was telling me [her age, 59] and I couldn't believe it."

"I saw character in her face in such a good way," Lambert continues. "There're so many stories in her eyes that make her look so vibrant and young. If I could just be a hair on her a--, I'd be happy."

Lambert isn't one who feels threatened by other women. In fact, she looks at all of her girlfriends as admiringly as she does McEntire and Clarkson. "One of my favorite lyrics on the new album is 'imagine a fighter with a centerfold face,'" she spills. "That's how I picture all of my friends. They're strong -- and gorgeous. They make me proud."
