Canadian-born country artist Robby Johnson is debuting the music video for his newest single, "Together," exclusively on The Boot ... and viewers may want to grab a box of tissues before watching this clip!

The "Together" video opens on an ominous scene: a flipped-over, burned-out car, surrounded by emergency personnel, who find a purse nearby containing and ID ... and a pregnancy test. As the song begins, viewers see a woman -- the one whose ID was found near the wrecked car -- taking that pregnancy test and preparing to surprise her significant other with the good news that night.

As Johnson sings "Together we are stronger than apart, and now / Forever, we'll be joined here in our hearts like / A puzzle with a missing piece," viewers see the couple's relationship grow and strengthen from their childhoods to present day. And just when it appears as though they've been torn apart by death far too soon -- well, pay close attention, because the video's ending is emotional, but not devastatingly so.

"Together" was written by country star Chris Young and was the first song that Johnson was offered following his move to Nashville in 2010. The music video features Johnson's 8-year-old son, Pierre.

"My son and I have lots of things in common. Like me, he loves Elvis and Michael Jackson, and he dreams of playing Superman in a movie," Johnson says. "He did an amazing job, and I hope Hollywood is watching!"

Together comes from Johnson's debut studio album, Don't Look Back, which was released in January; the project is available for download on iTunes. Fans can find more information about Johnson, including tour dates, on his official website.
