Two Members of Gloriana Treated for Food Poisoning
It must've been something they ate.

Part of what makes Gloriana's new single 'Can't Shake You' so appealing is that anyone who's gone through a difficult breakup (which is pretty much everyone) can relate to the story. During an interview with Taste of Country Nights radio, the country trio shared which of their past lovers inspired the emotional ballad.
Thomas Rhett beat out the Zac Brown Band last week on the K-LAW Country Song Showdown. This week it's trio vs. trio, and each trio features a girl and two brothers.
Gloriana's 'Can't Shake You' lyrics and melody fit together like a hand and glove. However, that reality was almost not realized. Hit songwriter James T. Slater had the piano melody in his back pocket for nearly a year, but never found the perfect word marriage until he linked up with Gloriana's Tom Gossin and fellow songwriter Stephanie Bentley.
Gloriana’s new single ‘Can’t Shake You’ takes time to build, but by the second verse, the trio is able to put real hurt into a mid-tempo song about failed love and regret. The second-to-last chorus finds a Gossin brother (Tom, Mike… who can tell them apart without looking at them?) digging deep for what may be the most vulnerable moment on their new ‘A Thousand Miles Left Behind’ album.
Gloriana‘s lead vocalist Tom Gossin will need to keep quiet for a few days after being placed on vocal rest. The band shared the news broke late last night (July 11) through the band’s social media sites. As a result, Gloriana has been forced to postpone concerts scheduled for this weekend in Florida.
Saturday evening was warm but a great night for 3 awesome bands and the best fireworks in all of southwest Oklahoma.
If I had to make a list of my favorite country artists, Alan Jackson would rank pretty close to the top. Right up there with George Strait and Willie Nelson. Since he is going to be here Saturday night I thought it would be fun to look back at his hits from the 1990's and share my top 5 picks...so, here you go.
Since releasing their self-titled debut album in 2009, country music trio Gloriana has quickly become a break-through artist. And they have an awards shelf at home to prove it, too. The year they dropped their first album, they scored an American Music Award for Breakthrough Artist, and in 2010, won Academy of Country Music Award for Top New Vocal Group. But since then, things have been a little quiet for band members Tom Gossin, Mike Gossin and Rachel Reinhardt — but only for a few more weeks.
