The ‘Official’ Polaris Slingshot Test Drive

With Spring in the air, we needed a little time outside the Downtown Z94 Studios. So the guys over at Lawton Motorsports let us take their Polaris Slingshot out for a little fun. This thing is ridiculous!

There's no way to describe what it's like to drive. It sticks to the road, even when you're pulling gears at speed. Even though the Slingshot is a three-wheeled motorcycle, when you sit down into the cockpit, grab the wheel and shifter, it's something that's instantly familiar and intuitive. It's quick too! 173 horse power at just over 1700 pounds, it gets up and goes! You'll have to drive it yourself. But be prepared, people tend to stare at this thing going down the road.
