Stay In an Oklahoma Rental Inspired by ‘A Christmas Story’
Oklahoma has some amazing places for a little getaway! From birdhouses to lands far away, you can be transported anywhere in Oklahoma. And one Oklahoma rental intends to send you through the television into the holiday classic "A Christmas Story."
The rental is located in Chickasha, Oklahoma, which is the actual town where the iconic leg lamp was invented. And over the past few years, Chickasha has been working to earn the name of "Christmas Town USA" by erecting the world's largest leg lamp. The leg lamp statue is located in downtown Chickasha and draws spectators year-round, but especially during the holidays.
New place to stay for 'A Christmas Story' fans in Chickasha.
Now for those diehard "A Christmas Story" fans who make a pilgrimage to Chickasha to see the iconic leg lamp statue or the fans who are looking for a quirky holiday getaway, there's now a new long-term rental available. Comeo Properties has just opened Ralphie's House in Chickasha.
