Singer and The Voice coach Adam Levine is selling the elegant mansion he paid $34 million for one year ago. Pictures show some considerable upgrades to a 10,000-square-foot Beverly Hills home.

The five-bedroom, 12-bathroom mansion sits on "park-like grounds" (per the official listing at Westside Estate Agency) and features a splendid 50-foot living room, a gym, guest house, formal dining room and gourmet kitchen, plus a chef's kitchen that Variety notes has been remodeled in stainless steel. Real Estalker's Mark David also points out that the master bedroom is a 2,000-square foot suite — just wait until you see pictures of Levine and wife Behati Prinsloo's walk-in closet.

With an asking price of $13 million more than the couple purchased it for, and significant renovations (including an exterior paint job), Levin and Prinsloo are essentially flipping the home. Also pictured in this photo gallery is the swimmer's pool, outdoor kitchen and pizza oven and private screening room.

Gwen Stefani's Mansion Is Even More Insane!

Plenty of pieces from the couple's art collection and a few personal belongings are scattered throughout the album. It's a state-of-the-art home in Beverly Hills that has a history of celebrity owners.

Tennis legend Pete Sampras once owned the property, but Levine bought it from Max Mutchnick, who co-created the TV show Will & Grace. Before purchasing this home, Levine and his wife sold their Beverly Hills estate to John Mayer for $13.4 million, but Variety points out they've bought and sold several pieces of property over the last three years.
