Amy Grant has released a festive video for her holiday tune "To Be Together."

As Grant sings, the "To Be Together" music video shows a number of different people headed home for the holidays, or reuniting with loved ones any way they can at Christmastime. There's a man waiting for a ride home from an airport, a young couple making a trek on public transportation ... and two extra-sweet reunions between between families with young children. "To Be Together" comes from Grant's recently released Christmas album, Tennessee Christmas. In a recent interview, she revealed that a frightening moment made the song hit home especially hard with her.

“[Songwriter] Chris [Eaton] and I had just finished writing that song when my daughter Sarah and her boyfriend were in an awful automobile accident,” Grant tells People. “During those tough hours in the emergency room and the days that followed in the hospital, that chorus cycled through my brain on repeat."

Tennessee Christmas is the first all-new holiday release from Grant in just about 20 years. The album features 13 tracks, giving fans some original music in addition to Grant’s take on well-known holiday classics, and was recorded in her home studio, with Mac McAnally, Marshall Altman and Ed Cash serving as producers.
