Apache Senior Nutrition Center Hosts 8th Annual Fish Fry
The COVID 19 Pandemic has wreaked havoc with many community activities and assistance programs. With funding cuts and stockpiles dwindling, many have had to reach out to the very communities that they serve for help in the form of fund raising opportunities.
This is the case with the Apache Senior Nutrition Center. They are asking for help to feed the Senior population in Apache. But they are going to give back to those that give with their 8th Annual Fish Fry. Many elderly citizens of the area depend on The Nutrition Center for their warm means and companionship, especially during these harsh Winter days.
The Fish Fry is set for Saturday, February 13, 2021 from 4-6pm at the Apache Senior Nutrition Center, across from the Post Office in Apache. Because of social distancing, the meal will be Carry out only.
The Nutrition Center are not setting a price for your Fish & Chips dinner, only asking for your donations.
You can call ahead, or call in to order on Saturday, February 13th by calling 580-588-2200. You will be able to drive up or walk up to pick up you meals (Outside Only)
A Special thanks to the Masonic Lodge 223 of Apache for their support. Make plans to support the 8th Annual Fish Fry of the Apache Senior Nutrition Center in Apache. The dinner will be held at their location, in downtown Apache, just across the street from the Post Office. Fish & Chips (French Fries) for a donation only. Really, can't you smell the catfish frying already?
