‘Bridgerton’ Author Julia Quinn To Visit Tulsa, Oklahoma

Several of the "Bridgerton" books have made my reading list this year, so I was excited to see from Magic City Books that the author of the acclaimed series, Julia Quinn, will be visiting Tulsa, Oklahoma!

This is exciting news for Oklahoma as Quinn is a No. 1 New York Times Bestselling author and over the years, she has teamed up with Shonda Rhimes to adapt the "Bridgerton" books into a wildly successful television series on Netflix. Recently, Quinn announced a new book she wrote with Rhimes telling the story of a titular character from the Netflix series, Queen Charlotte.

The book, "Queen Charlotte," is set to hit bookstores May 9, and the first episode of the Netflix series, "Queen Charlotte: A Bridgerton Story," will be available on the streaming platform May 4.

Magic City Books and the Philbrook Museum of Art have partnered together to host a Bridgerton Book Bash with Julia Quinn from 6-9 p.m. Monday, May 8 at the museum! Your finest Bridgerton costumes are encouraged for an evening of conversation with Julia Quinn. All tickets will include one copy of "Queen Charlotte," and following the conversation will be a book signing with Quinn.

Tickets for the Bridgerton Book Bash with Julia Quinn are on sale now! Tickets are $37 for Philbrook Members and $42 for adults. And all tickets will come with one copy of "Queen Charlotte," written by Julia Quinn and Shonda Rhimes.
