Cassadee Pope Visits With The Morning Crew To Talk About All Things Cassadee [AUDIO]

Cassadee Pope called in to spend some time with Jeri & Seth this morning to talk about all things Cassadee; her new EP, hitting #1 for the first time with Chris Young, her time on The Voice and the upcoming Summer Concert at Ft. Sill.

Cassadee has a brand new EP and single out, both titled Summer. The song, which is quickly climbing the charts, was our Catch of the Day on May 30th, and her EP debuted on the Billboard Country albums chart the following week in the top-five. Cassadee also talked about the feeling of hearing she had her first number one single, her duet with Chris Young "Think Of You" and also who broke the news to her. She also "spilled the beans" on what it was to work with Blake Shelton on The Voice.

Cassedee will be joining David Nail, Charles Estin and Clare Bowen on the Polo Field at Ft. Sill for the annual Summer Concert. Gates will open at 6 p.m., with the show getting underway at 6:30. Tickets are still available at all area EZ Go locations, at both Adventure Travel locations (on Ft. Sill and in Central Mall) or at their website, or on-line at Ft. Sill MWR's website. Tickets are $25 in advance or $30 at the gates on the day of the show.
