Last year Halloween was pretty much ruined by all the cancellations due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

This year however we're going to make up for it with all kinds of great Halloween happenings. The Lawton, Fort Sill Convention & Visitors Bureau has put together a handy calendar of events so you can start planning ahead. A lot of our favorite Lawton Halloween events are returning for 2021 and a ton of new ones too!

Since Halloween falls on a Sunday this year the City of Lawton announced that we will be observing "All Hallow's Eve" the night before on Saturday, October 30th (10-30-21). That's when all the kids can go trick or treating in Lawton, Fort Sill. They even updated the hours to 6:00pm to 9:00pm. Get all the details and safety tips by clicking here. That's just some of them. More events have been added since this calendar was released as more and more businesses, churches, and organizations make their plans for Halloween. There will be plenty of opportunities for trick or treating, trunk or treating along with great activities and events for the entire family.

Not only are there lots of great local events and Halloween happenings, but there are also all kinds of other frightfully fun things going on. You could head to the Trail of Fear Scream Park for some haunted attractions, escape rooms and take in a show. They'll be hosting the Lawton Interactive Theater's performance of Evil Dead the Musical on select dates/times throughout October. We rate it 5 out of 5 stars!
