The CMA Music Festival in Nashville is the biggest event in country music every year, and country fans everywhere will get to experience it tonight when CMA Music Festival: Counry's Night to Rock airs on ABC.

The yearly program culls the best performances from the four-day country extravaganza and brings them right into your living room. Thomas Rhett is set to host this year's broadcast along with his good friend and sometime tourmate Brett Eldredge, and the pair announced the very special event in a comical video that highlighted their special chemistry and shared sense of humor.

They taped the special during the festival in June. The annual broadcast provides a showcase for the hottest country music of today, and it gives the fans at home a front row seat. Eldredge and Rhett are set to perform together, on a bill with more than 20 more of the biggest acts in contemporary country. Blake Shelton, Carrie Underwood, Chris Stapleton, Eric Church and Miranda Lambert are among the many acts in the lineup, which also includes a number of special collaborations.

Dierks Bentley will perform with Elle King, Luke Bryan with Keith Urban, Lady Antebellum with CamLittle Big Town with Pharrell Williams, Rascal Flatts with Maren Morris, Steven Tyler with Martina McBride, Hank Williams, Jr. with Chris Janson and Justin Moore, and Chris Young with Cassadee Pope.
