Daily Digital Download: Carrie Underwood 'Heartbeat' [LISTEN]

'Heartbeat' is off of Carrie Underwood's Storyteller album. Storyteller is Carrie's fifth studio album. It will be released on October 23, 2015, by Sony Music Nashville. Carrie will be taking over our Taste of Country studios with Sam Alex on Friday evening.

On Friday (Oct. 9), Carrie Underwood surprised fans with “Heartbeat,” a new song from her Storyteller album. The soulful love song is an understated statement that paints a vivid picture of love in the moonlight.

Zach Crowell and Ashley Gorley helped Underwood write the song, the second fans have heard from the singer’s upcoming fifth studio album (Oct. 23). They contrast love in a crowded city with two lovers sharing a quiet, intimate moment outdoors, alone. Sam Hunt helps Underwood with the chorus.
