Dancer is Injured During Rehearsal on ‘America’s Got Talent’ [VIDEO]

The performances on 'America's Got Talent' may look like fun and games, but sometimes things can go horribly awry. On Tuesday's episode of the show, a dancer for the group known as Fatally Unique injured herself during rehearsal and was rushed to the hospital.

During a move involving a collapsing human pyramid, one of the dancers failed to land properly, and cut her lip and fractured the tip of her nose on the stage.

The dancer was fitted with a neck brace and taken out on a stretcher. She was, however, able to return later and perform the difficult maneuver during Vegas week.
