Dierks Bentley Takes the Stage With ‘Drunk on a Plane’ at 2014 CMAs [VIDEO]

Ladies swooned as one of country music’s resident heartthrobs, Dierks Bentley, stepped up to the mic to deliver his chart-topper ‘Drunk on a Plane’ at the 2014 CMA Awards on Wednesday.

The set and style of the performance was a little more low key than some of the other stars who graced the stage, but it suited Bentley’s persona. The screens behind Bentley and the band appropriately scrolled flight schedules as the singer/songwriter delivered a raw performance of the upbeat, though slightly sad tune, to an audience that did not go home disappointed.

'Drunk on a Plane' is Bentley's third single from the 'Riser' album. It won the CMA for Music Video of the Year earlier in the day.
