Community gardens provide access to fresh, traditional produce and nutritionally rich foods in low-income neighborhoods, where nutritious food is much less available than in other areas.

TIME: 11 am-3 pm.

LOCATION: 609 SW Cody Place

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED:

• 6 volunteers to help with the kids activities
• 4 - 5 people who don't mind doing some physical work (building, shoveling, heavy pick up, raking, etc.),
• 3 people to help serve the BBQ,
• Monetary donations Needed
  for other supplies, our shed, fence and water meter that's desperately needed.
