First Branding Iron BBQ, Now Red Lobster Is Closing? Say It Isn’t So! [UPDATED]

We heard earlier this week that a Lawton tradition for Bar-B-Q is closing it's doors for good after the first of the year.

Now, we are hearing the same thing about one of Lawton's finer eating establishments, Red Lobster.  Darden Restaurants made the announcement December 19. Darden which operates Red Lobster, Olive Garden, and Longhorn Steakhouses have seen a down turn in their finer dining chains, as the population is opting for less expensive options.

No word yet as when the closings will begin.
